DocumentsLogin Screen

  • Type in your username and password and click on login. The username and Password is case sensitive.
  • If the username or password has failed, retype them making sure that the Cap Locks is turned off. Click on login
  • If the username and password has failed for the third time, please contact your system administrator to check that the username and password is correct.

 

Select Cabinet Screen

  • Select the Department and Cabinet you want from the lists
  • If you cannot see the Cabinet please make sure that the correct username and password was used if you have multiple logins.
  • Otherwise please contact your system administrator.
  • If you can not see any Cabinets please contact your system administrator.

 

Search Screen

 

Basic Search

  • Fill in all or some of the criteria list.
  • If you leave all the criteria blank the results returned will be everything.
  • It is advisable to set some of the criteria to narrow down the returned results.
  • Click on search
  • If no results are returned, widen the search not setting all the criteria.
  • If still no results are found please contact your system administrator. 

 Advanced Search

  • Click on advanced and follow the basic search.
  • Fill the extra criteria that appear.
  • Click on search
  • If no results are returned, widen the search by not setting all the criteria.
  • If still no results are found please contact your system administrator.

 

Search Results

  • To view the results tick the check box and then click on view selected.
  • To view individual documents click on the button labelled view and the document opens up.
  • To go back to the results set click on the search result at the top of the browser.
  • To view the Tiff images, it is best to use the ViewONE viewer option.
  • If the document is not clear make the sure that the browser is full size. If this does not work please contact your system administrator.
  • For any other problems please contact your system administrator.

 

Change Password

  • Enter your existing password
  • Enter your new password
  • Confirm your new password
  • Click on submit
  • From this point on your new password is active.
  • If you have any problems please contact your system administrator.

 

Upload Files

  • Enter the number of files you would like to upload and click submit.
  • Click on the Browse button to locate the file that you would like to update.
  • Fill in all the other criteria and press submit. This will upload the files.
  • Please make sure that all the fields with * are filled in, these fields are mandatory.
