Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008

Customer survey 2008Preview is committed to delivering quality across every aspect of its business and is also committed to an ongoing process of Quality Improvement.

As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of our products, service and support, we carry out an annual customer survey. This took place in the early part of November using an online customer satisfaction form.

We would very much like to thank all of you who took the time and effort to reply to the survey and we would also like to share the results with you.

The questions asked related to your experience with Preview regarding:

Q1 – Customer Focus / Responsiveness to your Enquiries
Q2 – Your satisfaction with the Products / Services
Q3 – Range of Products and Services
Q4 – Level of Expertise and Knowledge
Q5 – Our Ability to deliver on time
Q6 – Customer Support
Q7 – Conduct and Effectiveness of Preview Staff
Q8 – Overall Rating

We asked for these to be ranked from 1 to 5 with 1 indicating Poor and 5 being Excellent.

In addition, we were particularly pleased that 97% of those who responded stated that they would recommend Preview to others.

Some of the comments which were sent in included:

"Have only ever dealt with Juliet and have always found her extremely helpful and very prompt with her responses, so overall yes very pleased and impressed with the service from Preview."

"Whenever i have problems with the delivery of data i dont seem to be able to contact our direct contact. However, with this said there is always someone at Preview willing to take responsibility. The conduct and ownership of the staff is excellent."

"We bought only one item but were totally satisfied with the product and the customer service that we received."

"The whole process was very well conducted. Our account manager spent a lot of time discussing the different scanning options with us so that we got exactly what we wanted. She was also very thorough in setting out the process for us to follow to get all the files scanned with the least impact on our work flow. During the scanning, we received urgent file requests within the hour, which we were very impressed by. The whole operation ran alarmingly smoothly and we now have all our files scanned and in our system. Thanks to all at Preview"
